The Problem

A specialist-led wellness brand with strong clinical credibility, no investor-ready documentation, and a UK to UAE rollout to prepare for.

The founder, a UK-trained registered pharmacist with two decades of clinical experience, was building a specialist-led women's longevity platform integrating AI-driven biological age scoring, computer vision skin diagnostics, and a pharmacist-engineered supplement ritual. The clinical credibility and product thesis were strong; the surrounding business, brand, and investor documentation were not.

The brand had no hybrid business plan, no financial model investors could interrogate, no pitch deck, and no unified brand system to anchor pre-seed and seed conversations. With a planned UK to EU to UAE rollout and a subscription model to validate, the founder needed structured business design work alongside the technology build, fast enough to open investor conversations and market-testing in parallel.

The Approach

We engaged across business design, investor documentation, and brand system development, working with the founder to produce the complete pre-seed and seed documentation package alongside the underlying brand and digital systems.

  • Authored the hybrid business plan covering positioning, market opportunity, clinical thesis, operating model, and UK to EU to UAE rollout
  • Built the high-level financial model in Excel covering subscription economics, unit economics, and pre-seed and seed funding requirements
  • Designed the investor pitch deck in Figma and Canva covering thesis, traction, financials, and ask
  • Built the brand system covering positioning, tone, visual identity, and applied design across Shopify, social, and pitch collateral
  • Defined market-testing documentation and protocols for UK and UAE customer validation

Methodology

Investor-led, brand-anchored, operationally grounded.

The engagement worked across business design, financial modelling, pitch deck production, and brand system development in parallel rather than sequentially. Documentation used Google Workspace, Excel, Figma, and Canva. Brand application landed on Shopify, social channels, and investor collateral. Outputs were produced to be defensible at investor diligence and usable by the founder day-to-day.
